Payment - we are currently supporting online credit card processing for MasterCard, Visa and Diners Club. We are also accepting checks or money orders.

Shipping - All orders will be shipped by Federal Express, the U.S. Post Office, or United Parcel Service. All items will be insured and registered, and will usually require an adults signature upon receipt. Shipping, Insurance and Handling will cost an additional $10.00. All orders will be shipped from the United States.

Delivery - You will receive your order 10-14 days after the order is placed. Please notify Lankagems if you have a rush order; we will do our best to accomodate you. We will contact to you to confirm the order and delivery date.

Return Policy - Merchandise may be returned within 15 days of delivery. All items must returned by insured, registered US Mail. Please contact us before returning any of the merchandise.
